Our mission is to celebrate, support, and connect individuals, fostering a sense of belonging that enhances mental health and overall wellness. We are committed to being Inclusively Different, ensuring that every identity is honored and everyone finds their place.

Our Journey

Founded in 2022, Euphoria Social emerged in response to the growing challenges faced by LGBTQIAPN+ individuals in Australia and beyond. Our vision was both simple and powerful: to establish a welcoming space for all. In September 2022, we hosted our inaugural in-person event, collaborating with talented LGBTQIAPN+ performers and raising funds for Minus18, a queer-led organization. This event marked the beginning of a series of successful gatherings, each one expanding our impact and participation.

As we’ve evolved, so has our vision. After hosting over a dozen social gatherings and networking events, Euphoria Social has blossomed into a tight-knit community dedicated to the mental well-being and social inclusion of LGBTQIAPN+ individuals.

What We Do

Euphoria Social operates as an independent, peer-led grassroots organisation. Our dedicated small team hosts a variety of events, including meetups, dinners, workshops, and award ceremonies. We maintain an inclusive online directory, advocate for community members in need, and conduct small fundraising initiatives.

While our goal is to enhance the mental well-being of the LGBTQIAPN+ community, it’s important to clarify that we are not a mental health service. We do not provide professional mental health advice, nor are we a non-profit organisation. Instead, we harness the power of community to uplift and support those around us.

Championing Our Allies

Allies are crucial in the fight against prejudice and discrimination. They amplify marginalised voices and help create a more inclusive society. By standing in solidarity, allies can challenge systemic injustices, promote understanding, and foster empathy among different communities. Their support encourages others to confront their biases and engage in meaningful conversations. Ultimately, allies play a vital role in building bridges and facilitating change, making it easier for everyone to work together toward equality and justice.

Us

At Euphoria Social, we proudly embrace the acronym LGBTQIAPN+, encompassing lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, pansexual, non-binary individuals, plus.

As a pro bono, community-led group, we aim to raise awareness and foster connections among LGBTQIAPN+ individuals. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
